Thought I had better duplicate this as a ‘bug’ in case it got missed as part of a general discussion.
Question though: if the reservation does not become ‘past’ until the depart date passes, you cannot enter the additional info and notes that are part of the ‘past’ record until after you have left the campground. This makes it awkward to ‘remember’ to fill in this info. It might be better to move to the day of arrival so the fields are ready to receive or have the ‘past’ fields as part of the reservations page already or a popup from the reservations page that allows those entries. Just some different thoughts on how to avoid the ‘have to remember after I leave’ process.
